How to order:
1. Choose your design (or upload your own photo): helicopter, K9, EOD, family portrait, pet, ultrasound, or any custom photo
2. Add this Personalized Tribute Crystal to cart with your light base preference
3. Email your photo (if any) and tribute text to ben@mastenmade.com with your order number
4. Specify the engraving lines (up to 4 lines recommended for best legibility)
5. We send a digital proof for approval before laser fires
6. Production: 5–7 business days after proof approval
