Masten Made LLC is a small business based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, that is disability and first responder owned. We specialize in laser engraving, apparel, and personalized gifts.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to place an order on our store.
Product information and accuracy
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, materials, and dimensions. However:
· Natural materials like wood and slate have variations in grain, color, and texture. Each piece is unique.
· Screen colors may vary slightly from the actual product
· Sizes are approximate and may vary from what is stated on the website
These variations are part of the character of handmade work and are not considered defects.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is required at the time of order through our secure checkout.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
· Suspected fraud
· Inability to verify the shipping address
· Product unavailability
· Pricing errors
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any personalization details you provide (names, dates, spelling, scripture references, etc.). We engrave exactly what you submit. Please review your personalization carefully before checkout.
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, designs, and product photography — is the property of Masten Made LLC and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
If you submit a design, logo, or image for custom engraving, you affirm that you have the legal right to use that artwork and grant us permission to engrave it on your behalf.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masten Made LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Allen County, Indiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
