Thank you for supporting a disability and first responder owned small business. Here's what you can expect when you order from Masten Made LLC.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. Custom and personalized orders may take slightly longer depending on the complexity of the design.

If your order is time-sensitive (a birthday, retirement gift, or memorial), please contact us before ordering so we can confirm we can meet your timeline.

Shipping methods and rates

We offer standard shipping on all orders, calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and current carrier rates. Most domestic orders arrive 3-7 business days after they ship.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Local pickup and delivery (Fort Wayne, IN area)

For customers within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, Indiana, we offer two convenient alternatives to shipping:

·       Local meet-up: Coordinate a meet-up at a mutually agreed location

·       Local delivery: We can deliver your order directly within a 50-mile radius of Fort Wayne

To request local pickup or delivery, leave a note at checkout or contact us at ben@mastenmade.com after placing your order. We will confirm the arrangement and adjust your shipping cost.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you do not see the email within 7 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Holidays and rush orders

During the holiday season (November and December), processing times may extend slightly due to order volume. We will communicate any delays as quickly as possible.

For rush orders, contact us before ordering at ben@mastenmade.com. We will do our best to accommodate as our schedule allows.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact your carrier first, then reach out to us so we can help.
