Refund Policy

At Masten Made LLC, every piece is crafted by hand with care and attention to detail. Because so much of what we make is personalized and laser-engraved specifically for you, we have a clear policy on returns and refunds.

Custom and personalized items

All sales are final on personalized, engraved, and custom-made items. This includes any product where you provided a name, date, badge number, scripture, photo, or custom design for engraving.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit

  • The engraving contains an error caused by Masten Made LLC (typo, misspelling, wrong design, or wrong product)

If we made a mistake, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order. We will attempt to clarify any question we may have on your request, but generally speaking; as you send it is how it will be engraved. Once production begins, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.

Non-personalized items

For non-personalized stock items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace your item.

How to start a return or report an issue

Email us at ben@mastenmade.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

We respond to all messages as soon as possible.
